Went to the customer to install and found the software on the pc, without the Icon that I was looking for in the Tray. The software that was already installed allowed me to make the changes I needed to. Guess I was in a hurry when I did not see it in the Tray. So back at my shop with another Dell just like these, no Icon in Tray but found the software, try to open and it said No Supported Monitors connected and did not open. This option is not showing on the Win 10 because it is using Win 10 driver. I agree, Win 10 does push for highest resolution. This sounds like you should be able to run the Control Panel from the Start??

By default, a checkbox is selected to automatically run WinSAT and enable the Windows Aero desktop theme if supported.

Deselect the checkbox if this support should be turned off. Go to step 6. INF" file. Click "Open". The operating system will install the driver. The driver should now be loaded.
